The president of the association is Mihail Sosnovschi, former soloist of the Vienna State Ballet and celebrated audience favorite of the ensemble. With Igor Milos as treasurer, another important pillar of the ensemble is represented on the board. Since 2023, Raffaela Pegani has been serving as the deputy to the President, and Solomon Osazuva holds the position of Managing Director.
